What we collect

This website has no forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. If you email or message us, we keep your name, business details and messages so we can reply and do the work you ask for.

Business outreach

We sometimes contact limited companies using business contact details that are publicly listed, such as on their own website. Every message includes a way to opt out. If you reply "no", we stop and keep your address only on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again.

How long we keep it

Enquiries with no project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
